Condition Rooms are offered to companies which meet the following conditions:
  1. Foreign affiliated firms (corporations in Japan and branches in Japan, representative offices) newly set up in Yokohama. *Including the ones within one year of establishment in Yokohama.
  2. You must have a project plan for more than 3 years from commencement of tenancy and have a prospect of founding an office in Yokohama after withdrawing from the rental office.

Advantages of renting our offices
  1. As you do not need to pay deposit or security money, your financial burden at commencement of business will be reduced. Also, you will be entitled to “Targeted Industry Subsidy Program for Asian Companies (Max. Three Million yen)E if certain conditions are met.
  2. We offer the following assistance for tenants:
    Support for management consultation, fund-raising, trade route development, making appointments with companies in the city, procedures for founding a company and exchange with other companies, publicities and PR.
  3. WBC facilities such as conference rooms are available with no charge. The event hall in Yokohama World Porters and the conference rooms are also available at reduced price.
