Steps in the process

Step 1	Please use the designated input form to provide us with the contents of your proposal, information about your company, and information about your staff member managing this proposal. Please complete all required fields using English only
Step 2	After the information has been confirmed by our office, only the main points of your proposal will be translated into Japanese and inserted into the WBC website (on the page directed at Japanese companies). Certain details regarding the company, such as company name and location, as well as information regarding the staff member managing this proposal, will not initially be disclosed on the page.
Step 3	If WBC receives an inquiry regarding your proposal, the company information and information regarding the staff member managing this proposal that was input in Step 1 will be disclosed to the Japanese business or organization that has made an inquiry. A notice that an inquiry was received will be sent to your organization by e-mail addressed to the staff member managing the proposal.
Step 4	Please wait to receive contact from the Japanese business or organization. This does not necessarily guarantee that your company will be contacted by the Japanese business or organization that has made an inquiry regarding your proposal.
